Urgent Debates Declined — Gaza—Escalation of Conflict, Government Response

I have received a letter—I think I was supposed to stand for this—from the Hon Marama Davidson and from Golriz Ghahraman seeking to debate under Standing Order 399 the Government response to the escalation of conflict in Gaza. I think, given the debate that we’ve just had, I’m going to decline that request for an urgent debate on the basis that we’ve just had a very full discussion on that matter.
