Speaker’s Statements — End of Life Choice Bill, Second Reading—Tone of Debate

Members, I just want to very briefly thank members for the tone of the debate last night. I also thank Adrian Rurawhe and Aupito Willian Sio, who, with staff, led a short ceremony here earlier this afternoon to acknowledge the fact that we had invoked the names of a number of people who are close to us as part of the debate, to help us move along from that.
