Ngāti Koroki Kahukura Claims Settlement Bill

I just want to address briefly Supplementary Order Paper 37. As a consequence of the Historic Places Trust legislation being repealed earlier this year and replaced by the Heritage New Zealand legislation, there are a couple of minor changes that will need to be made to the substantive legislation, and that really is what this Supplementary Order Paper is about. Then there are some minor technical amendments to the bill and they are so minor I will not bother the Committee with them at this hour of the night. Thirdly, as a result of recent survey work, there are some minor changes to the legal descriptions of certain properties, which are described in the bill.
