Motions — Human Rights—International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
Time unknown
I seek leave to move a motion without notice and without debate concerning the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
💬 Mr SPEAKER: Leave is sought for that course of action. Is there any objection? There appears to be none. It can be so moved.
I move, That this House note that today is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, and that it supports the United Nations Secretary-General’s call that we should recommit to ending racial discrimination and realising our vision of justice, equality, and freedom from fear for all.
Motion agreed to.
