In accordance with discussions at the Business Committee, I seek leave for—I am told my microphone is on—the House to hear the valedictory statement from Dr The Rt Hon Alexander Lockwood Smith at 5.30 p.m., and for the House to suspend for the dinner break following Dr Smith’s valedictory statement.
