Tabling of Documents — Freshwater Management, National Policy Statement—Legal Advice

During question time on Tuesday Russel Norman asked me a question in respect of the release of legal advice. I have checked and had clearance from the Attorney-General, so I seek leave of the House to table the extract from the Ministry for the Environment’s briefing dated 10 August 2010 on the legal advice in respect of the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management.
