I move, That pursuant to section 26 of the Environment Act 1986, and having regard to section 45F(1)(b) of the Public Finance Act 1989, this House appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as the auditor to audit the Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment for the financial years ending on 30 June 2008, 30 June 2009, and 30 June 2010, commencing on the date on which the House resolves to make this appointment; and that the House revoke the resolution made by the House on 18 October 2001 appointing the Controller and Auditor-General as the auditor of the Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment on the date of this resolution.
