I move, That pursuant to section 38 of the Public Audit Act 2001, this House appoint CST Nexia Audit as the auditor to audit the financial statements, accounts and other information of the Controller and Auditor-General for the financial years ending on 30 June 2008, and 30 June 2009, commencing on the date on which the House resolves to make this appointment.
