Time unknown

I have received a letter from Rodney Hide seeking to debate under Standing Order 380 the resignation of the Minister of Corrections. As the member’s authenticating material acknowledges, at this time there has not been a resignation. There is no particular case of recent occurrence that could give grounds for an urgent debate today. The application is declined.
