I move, That this House place on record its appreciation of the long and distinguished service in the law of the late Rt Hon the Lord Cooke of Thorndon ONZ, KBE, PC, including as President of the Court of Appeal and as a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and the House of Lords, and that the House express its condolences to his family and former colleagues.
