I have received a number of applications seeking a debate under Standing Order 380. The first, from Gordon Copeland, relates to a change in policy for State-owned enterprises regarding their expansion into new business areas. This is a particular case of recent occurrence involving ministerial responsibility, but I do not feel that it requires the immediate attention of the House by way of an urgent debate. There will be other parliamentary opportunities to explore the implications of this change.
