The second application is from the Hon Murray McCully relating to a decision to expel Rayed Mohammed Abdullah Ali. The expulsion is a particular case of recent occurrence involving ministerial responsibility. However, again, I am unable to see why the decision to expel this particular individual requires the immediate attention of the House by way of urgent debate. These applications are declined.
