In accordance with the order of the House of Representatives of 6 April 2006 I hereby advise that the Board of Television New Zealand Limited formally apologises to the House for the actions it took against Mr Ian Fraser following his appearance before the Finance & Expenditure Committee on 14 December 2005 which the Board acknowledges constituted a contempt of the House.
