Points of Order — Question for Written Answer—Reply

I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I wish to raise a point of order concerning question for written answer No. 04102 2006 to the Minister of Communications. An answer to this question was due on the 28th of last month. After it had failed to meet its deadline, my office emailed the Minister’s office requesting a reply. It is really a very simple question, asking who the authors of a particular report are. The Minister has still failed to reply to that question for written answer.
