Points of Order — Television Sets—Gallery

I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I have just conferred with my colleague who is on the House committee. In respect of the television sets that are up in the gallery behind your person, and that are turned on, I want to know how they came to be authorised, knowing full well that unless they are turned off Rodney Hide will look at nothing else.
