Honourable members, I have much pleasure in informing you that His Excellency Dr Dimitrij Rupel, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is within the precincts of the Chamber. I am sure that you would wish he be welcomed.
