Obituaries — Hon Arthur Ellis Kinsella

I regret to inform the House of the death on Thursday, 4 March of the Hon Arthur Ellis Kinsella QSO, who represented the electorate of Hauraki from 1954 to 1969. He was Minister of Broadcasting from 1960 to 1963, Postmaster-General from 1961 to 1963, and Minister of Education from 1963 to 1969. I desire on behalf of this House to express our sense of the loss we have sustained and our sympathy with the relatives of the late former member.
