🗳️ That all the words after “this House has no confidence” be omitted, and substituted with the following words: “in the Labour-led minority Government because, despite there being some positive elements in its programme, its decision to allow the release of genetically engineered organisms exposes our health, our environment, and our economy to significant and quite unnecessary risks.”
