π³οΈ That the amendment to the amendment be amended by omitting all the words after the word βhasβ and inserting the following: βno confidence in the Labour led minority Government because, despite there being some positive initiatives in the Budget, its continued failure to take adequate measures to protect New Zealand from the release of genetically engineered organisms exposes our health, our environment, and our economy to significant and quite unnecessary risks.β
