Vote: Covid-19 Public Health Response ACT 2020 — Extension
🗳️ That, under section 3(2)(b) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020, the relevant period is the period ending on either 1 December 2020 or the tenth sitting day following the first meeting of Parliament after the 2020 general election, whichever is the later, so that the Act continues in force until that time.
