Points of Order — Privilege—Freedom of Speech

I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I know you are following due process, but I wonder whether you can give the House any indication as to when you will be ruling on my complaint on a breach of privilege.

I thank the member for his question. As he said, I am following due process. I will act fairly to all parties in this matter.
