The House survives on procedure. As much as you may not like it, sometimes I don’t, but I’ve got to sit here and put up with it! So, before I call on the Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to move the urgent debate, can I ask that members who have to leave the House do so as quietly as they possibly can.
