Mr Speaker, the committee has considered the Climate Change Response (Emissions Trading Scheme Agricultural Obligations) Amendment Bill and reports it without amendment. The committee has further considered the Contracts of Insurance Bill and reports it with amendment and divided into the following bills: the Contracts of Insurance Bill and the Contracts of Insurance (Repeals and Amendments) Bill. The committee has also considered the Building (Earthquake-prone Building Deadlines and Other Matters) Amendment Bill and reports it has made no progress on the bill. I move, That the report be adopted.

The Building (Earthquake-prone Building Deadlines and Other Matters) Amendment Bill is set down for further consideration in committee stage.
