Kia ora. We were just wondering if you could give assurances that when this bill comes into effect, we can expect all secondary legislation will be fully in place—or regulations for the bill.

Clearly, the bill will come into effect in 2026, and all of the regulation to enable the regulation of medicines and medical devices will be in place by then—and other regulations as necessary.
