Indeed. That week, the House will consider the Education and Training Amendment Bill (No 2), the Medicines Amendment Bill, and the Land Transport Management (Time of Use Charging) Amendment Bill. Wednesday morning will see extended hours for the consideration of Treaty of Waitangi settlement legislation. On Thursday, there’ll be extended hours for Government business, and, in the afternoon, Mike Davidson MP will deliver his maiden statement, and there’ll be a one-hour special debate on the report of the Finance and Expenditure Committee on its inquiry into banking competition.
