Urgent Debates — Hon Andrew Bayly—Ministerial Resignation

Members, I’ve received a letter from the Rt Hon Chris Hipkins seeking to debate under Standing Order 399 the resignation of a Minister, the Hon Andrew Bayly. This is a particular case of recent occurrence for which there is ministerial responsibility that warrants the attention of the House and the Government. At the conclusion of oral questions, I’ll call on the Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to move that the House take note of a matter of urgent public business.
