Time unknown

I’ve received a letter from the Hon Rachel Brooking seeking to debate, under Standing Order 399, the Government’s decision to amend the Resource Management (Freshwater and Other Matters) Amendment Bill, restricting all councils’ ability to notify freshwater plans. This is a particular case of recent occurrence. The matter was debated and voted on in committee of the whole House yesterday. The third reading of the bill is the first Government order of the day today. There are ample existing opportunities to debate it. The application is declined.
