Time unknown

Members, I have received a letter from the Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall seeking to debate under Standing Order 399 the decision of the Associate Minister of Health to overrule official advice regarding excise tax cuts for heated tobacco products in favour of independent advice. This is a case of recent occurrence for which there is ministerial responsibility. However, the matter does not appear to be urgent enough to warrant setting aside the business of the House. The application is declined.
