Point of order, Mr Speaker. I seek leave of the House to make a personal explanation.

With respect to the report that has been delivered today, Question of privilege concerning the conduct of a member during the committee of the whole House, I apologise unreservedly for my conduct in the House on the evening of 1 May 2024.
