Members, we now come to Part 2. Part 2 is the debate on clauses 18 to 28, “Amendments to Local Government Electoral Legislation Act 2023”. The question is that Part 2 stand part. All those in favour will say Aye, to the contrary, No. The Ayes have it. The motion is—
