Members, I have received from the Electoral Commission a return declaring Shanan Halbert to be elected a member of Parliament to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon Kelvin Davis from his list seat. I understand that Shanan Halbert is present and wishes to take an Oath of Allegiance. Would he please come forward to the chair on my right.
