Amended Answers to Oral Questions — Question No. 5 to Minister

Out of an abundance of caution, I’ve been advised to correct an answer that I gave in question No. 5 about local road speeds falling within the designation of Minister O’Connor. Because the final document hasn’t been officially signed, I’m advised that that should have been “will” fall within the designation.
