Members, before we proceed with this bill, I do need to correct the result of a party vote announced earlier this evening where the committee was considering the Commerce Amendment Bill. On the question that the Minister’s amendment to Part 1, set out on Supplementary Order Paper 81 be agreed to, the result was announced as Ayes 65 and Noes 53. The correct result was Ayes 98, Noes 20. The record will be corrected accordingly.
