Given the history of the day, the member might understand why the member is saying that, but I think, to be reasonable rather than have a general objection to anything the Opposition seeks leave for, it might be appropriate, even if slightly unpleasant, for the member to refer to the number of the notice of motion to which he may be referring.
I could have been moving something the Government wanted to support. You never know! I’m not. I seek leave for members’ notice of motion No. 1 to be debated and voted on forthwith.
