House in Committee

Members, the House is in committee on the Education and Training (Teaching Council Fees, Levies, and Costs) Amendment Bill and the Education and Training Amendment Bill. Before we move to the substantive consideration of the bill, I note that the Business Committee has determined that the powers of this committee are to be extended to permit consideration of proposed amendments in the Minister’s Supplementary Order Paper 68, relating to functions involving professional leadership by the Teaching Council.
