Member Vacancy — Rangitata Electoral District—Andrew Falloon

I move, That under section 131(a) of the Electoral Act 1993, a vacancy in the Rangitata Electoral District having arisen in the period of six months prior to the date of the expiration of this Parliament, no writ be issued for the election of a member of Parliament for that electoral district to supply the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Andrew Hamilton Falloon.
