I raise a point of order, Madam Chairperson. Quick point of order: could I just ask for your guidance? Iβm assuming weβre going to have a very short committee stage. Will you be adopting the pattern that weβve seen in recent days of allowing questions to be asked, the Minister to respond, and to have that free flow, or are we back to the more standard five-minute speeches?
My recollection is that the Business Committee removed the limit on the four five-minute speeches only for the debate on the appropriation bill.
