Before I call the Hon Michael Woodhouse, I should just indicate to the House that I have agreed to relax normal restrictions with regard to officials supporting the House and the committee and their use of either laptops or phones for text-type communications, not for use of phones but for those purposes, especially because of the restriction in the numbers that we are applying here. So I thought it was important to tell the House.
