Before I call Jenny Marcroft, members, in the committee of the whole House of the Smoke-free Environments (Prohibiting Smoking in Motor Vehicles Carrying Children) Amendment Bill, a vote was inaccurately reported to the committee. On the question on the tabled amendment of the Hon Michael Woodhouse to replace clause 2, the votes were reported as Ayes 63, Noes 56, when the correct votes were Ayes 56, Noes 63. The result of the vote was correctly reported as the amendment not being agreed to. The report on that vote will be corrected accordingly.
