Time unknown

We turn now to the Electoral Amendment Bill. And, as we come to Part 1, can I just make the comment that I would like to remind you all that the House has agreed to the bill’s second reading, which establishes the narrow principles and objects of this bill. So matters relating to prisoner voting, lowering the voting age, and donations, including foreign donations, are outside the scope of this bill and will not be debated. Consequently, Jami-Lee Ross’ Supplementary Order Paper 324 is ruled out of order on that basis.
