Madam Speaker, I won’t take all that time. I just want to say that it’s been canvassed quite a bit during the earlier debates on the bill. It’s not going to really achieve a lot, but it is something that the Government has put forward, and the Primary Production Committee worked together to get the best bill out of it as possible, and we commend it to the House.
