Speaker’s Rulings — Parliament TV—Use of Official Footage for Political Advertising

Members, last Tuesday, I made a ruling in relation to supplementary questions available to the Leader of the Opposition. I want to thank the staff of the leader’s office for their intensive work ensuring takedowns occurred so Standing Orders were complied with. In light of substantial compliance with my ruling by 5 p.m. last Friday, and subsequent full compliance, I have decided to rescind the limitations which were to apply this week.
