Just a short contribution to describe this part of the bill. Currently, substances capable of inducing a psychoactive effect that are not classified under the Misuse of Drugs Act are captured as unapproved psychoactive substances. These are regulated under the Psychoactive Substances Act.

This section will specify that substances scheduled under a temporary class drug order are not captured by the definition of a psychoactive substance.
