I have been advised by the Electoral Commissioner that pursuant to section 137 of the Electoral Act 1993, Agnes Loreta Loheni has been declared to be elected to the House of Representatives in place of the Hon Christopher Finlayson. I understand that Agnes Loheni is present and wishes to take the Oath of Allegiance. Would she please come forward to the Chair on my right.
