Time unknown

I seek leave to move a motion without notice and without debate to recognise the 125th anniversary of women voting in Aotearoa New Zealand.

💬 SPEAKER: Is there any objection to that course of action being followed? There is none.

I move, That this House celebrate the 125th anniversary of women in Aotearoa New Zealand voting for the first time and acknowledge the work of the suffragists to make our country a world leader on women’s rights.

Motion agreed to.
