Consideration of legislation next week will include the first readings of the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2018-19, Modernising Tax Administration, and Remedial Matters) Bill and the Maritime Powers Extension Bill; the second readings of the Courts Matters Bill and the Tribunals Powers and Procedures Legislation Bill, which are cognated; the committee stage of the Social Security Legislation Rewrite Bill; and the remaining stages of the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Environmental Effects) Amendment Bill and the Ngāti Tamaoho Claims Settlement Bill.

Noting that ambitious programme from the Government next week, can I ask the Leader of the House once again what his intentions are for No. 27 on the Order Paper, the Kermadec Ocean Sanctuary Bill?
