I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. Given a letter of no confidence has been sent by councillors to the Mayor of Auckland, I seek leave to table a bill in my name, which would provide a greater degree of transparency and flow of information to councillors. It’s titled Local Government Official Information and Meetings (Rights of Members) Amendment Bill—
