🗣️ Speech David Seymour (ACT New Zealand — Member for Epsom)
Time unknown

I seek leave of the House to have a vote entered opposed to the Child Poverty Reduction Bill, the context being that I had authorised another member to cast a proxy, but, as the bill passed on the voices, there was no party vote.

🗣️ Speech Sir Rt Hon Trevor Mallard (New Zealand Labour Party — List Member)
Time unknown

Well, the House is the master of its own destiny. Is there any objection to that process being followed? There appears to be none; a vote will be so recorded.
