I seek leave to move a motion without notice and without debate regarding the report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Compensation for Personal Injury in New Zealand.
💬 Mr SPEAKER: Leave is sought for that course of action. Is there any objection? There appears to be none.
I move, That this House mark the 50th anniversary of the delivery of the report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Compensation for Personal Injury in New Zealand, which laid the foundations for our no-fault accident compensation scheme that transformed our personal injury system and has improved the lives of millions of New Zealanders.
