I have a clarification to make on the title of this bill. The bill on the Table is titled Land Transport Amendment Bill. This is the second land transport amendment bill in the 51st Parliament. It is, therefore, the Land Transport Amendment Bill (No 2), as noted on the Order Paper. I can confirm that the bill that is on the Table is the correct bill for the Committee’s consideration, and the title will be updated next time it is published.
